These terms govern the use of this website and the general conditions for business inquiries submitted to Realistic Food. Formal sales contracts are governed by separately signed agreements and proforma invoices, which prevail over this document in case of conflict.

1. Website Use

Content on this site — including product photography, specifications, and articles — is provided for informational purposes. Prices shown are indicative ranges for B2B planning and do not constitute a binding offer; binding prices are stated exclusively in written quotations.

2. Orders & Payment

  • Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply per product as stated on each product page.
  • Standard payment terms: 30% deposit by T/T, 70% balance before shipment. L/C accepted for orders above USD 20,000.
  • Ownership of goods transfers upon receipt of full payment (Incoterms 2020 as stated on the proforma invoice).

3. Samples

One free sample is available for qualified B2B buyers; express shipping is paid by the buyer and refunded upon confirmation of a bulk order. Samples are provided for evaluation only and may not be resold.

4. Quality & Warranty

All products carry a 30-day quality guarantee: items with manufacturing defects are replaced free of charge, including shipping. Claims must be submitted with photographic evidence within 30 days of receipt. With proper care, models are designed for a service life of ten years or more.

5. Intellectual Property

All site content, product designs, and molds remain the intellectual property of Realistic Food unless a separate OEM agreement transfers rights. Custom tooling developed at client cost may be contractually assigned to the client.

6. Liability

Realistic Food's liability for any claim related to a shipment is limited to the invoiced value of the affected goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first, and failing that, by arbitration in Xiamen, China.
